Participants in a 401(k) PSP may access their account statements online by logging into their personal/private account. These statements are available anytime and are updated monthly. StartRight sends a notification by email when the monthly statement has been prepared for your account. A paper statement is mailed annually around the 20th of January. For IRA and Personal Investment accountholders, Charles Schwab sends a notification by email when the monthly statement has been prepared for your account. Additionally, on a quarterly basis, UPAL sends a performance report and supplemental information about economic and market conditions.
