Speaker Bios:

Jim Huntzinger – Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer
Jim joined Bank of Oklahoma in 1982 as a Government Securities Trader and was named Manager of Trading and Underwriting in the Capital Markets division in 1987. In 1988, he joined the Trust division as Director of Fixed Income Investments. In 1992, Jim was appointed Chief Investment Officer of the Trust Division. In 2002, Jim was named Chief Investment Officer of BOK Financial Corporation. His current duties include: management of the portfolio management group in the Wealth Management division and Registered Investment Advisor, Cavanal Hill. Those entities manage $12 billion. In addition, Jim is actively involved with BOK Financial’s Asset and Liability Committee, which manages the corporation’s interest rate and balance sheet risk. Jim is a member of the Tulsa Community College Foundation Board, where he is currently Chairman of the Finance Committee, and a board member of the San Miguel School of Tulsa Endowment. He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research.

J. Brian Henderson, CFA® – President, Cavanal Hill Investment Management
Brian serves as Cavanal Hill’s President and Chief Investment Officer. He oversees Cavanal Hill’s Fixed Income Management team and is responsible for the execution of the taxable fixed income process. Brian established Cavanal Hill’s fixed income philosophy and process in 1993 while serving as the firm’s Director of Fixed Income Strategy and as a Portfolio Manager for the taxable and tax-exempt fixed income and money market strategies. Lipper has presented him with Performance Achievement Certificates for the number one mutual fund performance rankings six times between 1998-2006. Under Brian’s leadership, Cavanal Hill’s income team’s investment performance has been highlighted in several national publications including the Wall Street Transcript, Kiplinger, USA Today, S&P Research, Wealth Magazine and by Morningstar.

James Bode, CAIA, MBA – Senior Vice President, Manager of Alternative Investments
James Bode is responsible for all private equity, real estate and hedge fund investments by trust clients. BOK Financial clients have investments in real estate and hedge funds plus commitments to private equity totaling almost $650 million. James is also primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the BOK Financial Private Equity Limited Partnerships, including selecting and monitoring the underlying investments. He serves on three different private fund Advisory Committees. He is also a member of BOK Financial’s Investment Management Asset Allocation Committee. Mr. Bode joined BOK Financial in 2001. Prior to that, he was a general partner and co-managed three private equity funds from 1990 to 2001. James received his Bachelors of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. James holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
