Lea Ann joined UPAL in 2000. She has 30 years of experience in the defined contribution retirement plan sector. Lea Ann was awarded her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Central University in 1989.
Lea Ann has designed and implemented qualified retirement plans to meet the goals of the UPAL membership, as well as monitor and update qualified retirement plans for compliance with various legislative changes. As assets have grown, the membership needed a program to transfer retirement and personal wealth during retirement years, Lea Ann was involved in growing this side of the business. Lea Ann works closely with these clients as they move into retirement and will continue to do so. She is a member of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group.
Lea Ann is a native of Tulsa and she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake and playing golf.
