Bank of Oklahoma is excited to announce new enhancements on the Start Right mobile app. Transaction functionality was introduced with the latest release of the Start Right mobile app. Participants now have the ability to make Contribution Rate Changes (if the plan allows) directly from their mobile device. They will also be able to cancel pending transactions that they initiate through the Start Right mobile app or Start Right website.
Participants currently using the mobile app received an update notification on their mobile device informing them that there is an update available for download. The existing mobile app will not function without the update. They will need to execute the update in order for the mobile app to continue working.
Our goal is to continue adding transactional functionality to the mobile app throughout 2018. Some of the transactions coming soon to the mobile app include Investment Election Changes, Mobile Enrollment, Realignment Transfers and Fund to Fund Transfers. As a reminder, participants will continue to have access to their account balance information, investment performance, personal rate of return, and investment fund sheets at their fingertips when using the Start Right mobile app.
